Monday Modification: Push Ups
Confession: I hate push ups. Because I’m not good at them. They make me feel weak and unaccomplished. It’s hard for me to keep my form. It’s hard for me to bend my elbows to 90° like they’re supposed to be. But I still do them. Do you know why? Because I know they’re building my muscles: shoulders, biceps, abs, legs. And because when I do them right, and start increasing my count, I feel really BA. And that feels amazing. So, if you need to get started on push ups, try these modifications. Start with the least impact version (push ups against the wall) and build your way up as you get stronger.
